Connie is the Office Manager at Baalman Architects where she ensures daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Since joining the firm in 2016 she maintains accounts payable, accounts receivable and monthly billing. Connie brings a professional and cheerful approach to the multitude of responsibilities required of a small architectural firm.

Connie is also the beloved art teacher at Immaculate Conception Catholic School in Old Monroe, Missouri where she has been cultivating young imaginations for over 20 years. Her creativity and keen eye for good design allows her to offer thoughtful critique and input for our design projects.
