Commerce West Parkway

A 109,000 square foot high-bay concrete tilt-up warehouse and distribution center located in Dardenne Prairie, Missouri.   The building design utilizes large structural spans for efficient warehousing of goods along with integrally designed speed loading bays to quickly move freight.  The project has a prominent view from Highway 40/61 and has incorporated 2 story entrance elements to attractively accommodate associated office and support spaces.
